taken me wayyy too long to get this together

So it's one of those things that I've been meaning to do forever, but I guess this is my 'get-it-together' weekend, though, because I've been doing lots of things I've been putting off (naturally, not schoolwork)--playing and tuning my harp, working on a few current writing samples, making the best cupcakes of ALL time (irish car bomb cupcakes), etc. Anyway, time to get this stuff updated and current (while I watch law and order svu, naturally). So yeah, good for me I suppose. For a while I've been planning on getting a blog together since I'm interested in writing, and especially food writing. So here goes...
